​I firmly believe in Networking. It is always full of surprises as some of the best people and friends are discovered this way. In fact, finding the Flourish Networking for Women - Evansville, Indiana group happened by pure accident, or did it?...
I switched focus last year and now work for a mobile text marketing company that provides a text service designed to give business owners the ability to directly text their customers about their unique ever changing specials, discounts, and alerts. So the need to meet direct sellers and business owners became my top priority to get my word out face to face. I found using Facebook events to meet new groups of people very helpful, so one late evening after a very long day, I signed up for what I thought was a Flourish group lunch event.
However, when the day came to attend the lunch meet up, I arrived and quickly scanned the room to find not one familiar face. I had already walked far enough into the private room that it was apparent I was there to meet with them. That is when it hit me - Who knew that two Flourish groups existed in Evansville, Indiana! Not I, and no time to back out gracefully now, they had all acknowledged my presence with big welcoming smiles...

Fast forward several months later, I have now come to understand that it was not accidental that we found each other. Their mission is my mission, and I am so thankful that they have accepted me, the way I have accepted them locally as well as Nationally. We simply find what we are looking for when we learn to recognize the same frequency of others.

You see, no matter where you are in life ladies, right now is not an accident - you are in the perfect place to find others that are willing to expand and share. Flourishing is all about sharing your unique "you" within a community of like minded women who in turn, are looking for you.
Sharing your knowledge, diversity, and time is the greatest gift of all
As a Master Gardener Intern, I can understand the concept that it will always be necessary to grow roots on a secure foundation before upward expansion can occur. We as women have customarily grouped together over time as we have long understood that our true strength can only flex muscle when combined in great numbers. This serves our ability to forge ahead, and serve others because in the end, it's all about each life experience influencing many, who in turn, strengthens each individual in a collectively circle effect.
I by no means consider myself a professional writer. I always thought it would be so fantastic to influence others who have just a few minutes to find that ordinary people are willing to step up, reach out, and extend a word of encouragement. I have also found myself at a point where I understand the incredible value of; "just do it." Too many of us are afraid to take the first step, afraid of not being enough. That is just simply not so...

I am here to encourage you to understand that you already have everything you need to be anything you want to become. No qualifications are necessary, just the right mindset, and a first step is all it takes to begin. After all, it's really about sharing your ability, experience, life purpose, and all of the essence that is essential to a unique "you" that brings out the best in each other as friends, women, mothers, net-workers, and business entrepreneurs.
I fully believe that what you internalize is also externalized; sent out into the universe, where the law of attraction occurs. So let's all make a pact to deliver a daily mantra out loud to ourselves, and for others, that we choose to make a conscience decision to live life with confidence, find body, mind, and spirit balance, as well as the right amount of physical, and emotional grounding necessary to attract those who will support us as we flourish together in such a way that we can and will conquer all of our hopes and dreams.
